Goods

In the case of goods made to your special requirements and made-to-measure products, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide is accurate.

Basis of Sale

  • The description of goods in our website or other forms of advertisement do not constitute a contractual offer to sell the goods

  • When an order has been made we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without any delay and process any refunds

  • A contact will be formed for the goods ordered on receipt of payment

  • Any quotation is valid for a maximum of 30 days from its date, unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time

  • No variation of the contract, whether about description of the goods, price or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into unless the variation is agreed by the customer and the supplier in writing

Price and Payment

  • Variations in the contract after a payment has been made may incur additional chargers

  • Prices and chargers include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of order

  • Payment for goods must be made on acceptance of order – by Cash or Bank Transfer

  • Payment is required in full before the delivery / fitting of goods

Manufacturers guarantees

Warranties do not apply to any defect in the goods arising from;

  • fair wear and tear;

  • wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;

  • if you fail to operate or use the goods in accordance with the user instructions;

  • any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or

  • any specification provided by you.

  • any natural variation in grain, colour and texture or any warpage due to exposure to high humidity of any wooden products.

If you are a consumer, this warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
